摘要 胆囊结石(gallstone disease,GD)是一种受多因素影响的消化道疾病。胆囊结石的主要原因是胆汁中胆固醇过饱和以及胆汁淤积。因此,很多影响胆固醇浓度的因素都可能与结石的形成有关。除此之外,女性激素分泌异常、妊娠、糖尿病、肝硬化、长期肠外营养、溶血性贫血等因素也可能引起胆囊结石。更有相关研究表明,人群地域和种族差异对该病的发生同样起了相当重要的作用。上述因素不乏受遗传因素的影响,研究发现,相关基因的异常表达,与胆囊结石的形成密切相关。 The gallbladder stones(GD)is a kind of digestive system disease affected by multiple factors.The major causes are supersaturated cholesterol in bile and cholestasis,as a result,many factors that result in the change of cholesterol concentration in blood is likely to be associated with the formation of stones.In addition,the female hormones,pregnancy,diabetes,liver cirrhosis,long-term parenteral nutrition,and hemolytic anemia can also cause gallbladder stones.More related studies show that people geographic and racial differences also played a very important role in the occurrence of the disease.Those factors mentioned above can be influenced by genetic factors to some extent,and related study found that abnormal expression of relevant genes is closely related to the formation of gallstone disease.
