摘要
本文从对我国信用体系不健全、信用环境恶化的现状出发 ,对信用体系不健全的表现进行了系统分析 ,认为信用体系不健全阻碍了我国经济的高效运行 ;并在对西方发达国家信用体系建设经验介绍的基础上 ,提出了建立和完善我国社会信用体系的政策建议。
This text has a systematic analysis on behavior and danger of imperfection of the credit system and the current situation of deterioration of the environment of credit of our country. And the paper thinks that imperfection of the credit system has hindered the running high-efficiently of economy of our country. Finally the paper gives our the policies and suggestions of setting up and perfecting of the social credit system of our country basing on the introduction of developing experiences of building the credit system of western developed country.
