摘要
本文通过对我国培训市场的现状的认识和分析,从目前培训市场的规律与特点,培训市场的发展和分解,对高校继续教育培训市场进行了一个分类,指出了高校参与培训市场的必要性。接着,分析了我国高校培训业务发展的现状,指出了我国高校拓展市场化培训业务存在的问题。为了更进一步促进我国高校培训业务市场化,同时分析其优势、劣势、机遇、威胁。
According to the basic knowledge on national educational training market, basedon the running laws, characteristics, development and evolution trends of the trainingmarket, This paper made a classification for the higher continuing educational trainingmarket, pointing out the necessity of colleges and universities in participating theeducational training market. In addition, this paper analyzed the current status of thenational higher continuing educational training,unveiling the problems in theoperation of higher educational training industry.
