摘要
[目的]观察活血止痛汤治疗瘀血头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将43例门诊患者按就诊顺序号方法简单随机分两组。对照组21例布洛芬,2次/d。治疗组22例活血止痛汤(桃仁、当归、白芷、乳香、赤芍、没药各12g,熟地、枳壳、元胡、白芍、香附各15g,川芎10g,甘草、红花各6g),1剂/d,水煎150m L,分3次口服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈13例,显效8例,无效1例,总有效率95.45%。对照组治愈5例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率71.43%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血止痛汤治疗瘀血头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction in treating blood stasis headache. [Methods] Using a randomized parallel control method, 43 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. Control group, 21 cases of ibuprofen, 2 times /d. The treatment group of 22 cases of HZT（peach kernel, angelica, angelica, angelica, frankincense, myrrh 12 g, radix paeoniae rubra, Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Fructus aurantii, Rhizoma Corydalis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Rhizoma Cyperi 15 g, Chuanxiong 10 g, licorice, safflower 6g）, 1 agent /d, Decoction 150 m L, 3 times a day. 14 d is a continuous treatment for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of 1 courses, determine the efficacy.[Results] The treatment group cured 13 cases, markedly effective in 8 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total effective rate was 95.45%. The control group cured 5 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total effective rate was 71.43%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Huoxue Zhitong decoction in treating blood stasis headache, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion.
