摘要
目的 探讨快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术围术期患者护理中的应用.方法 60例膀胱癌患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各30例.对照组采取传统的护理措施,实验组应用快速康复外科理念,做好术前宣教、腹腔镜术后护理、鼓励早期进食及活动、做好并发症的观察及护理等.比较两组患者康复时间、并发症发生率、舒适度及满意度情况.结果 实验组患者的康复时间、并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）,而舒适度、满意度则显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 应用快速康复外科理念对腹腔镜下膀胱全切回肠代膀胱术围术期患者进行护理干预,可加速患者康复,减少术后并发症,增加患者的舒适度和满意度,提高患者的生活质量.
Objectives To evaluate the fast track surgery for nursing care of patients with radical cystectomy and ileal conduit in laparoscopic perioperative period.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,30 patients in each.The control group received the traditional nursing methods,while the experimental group received fast track surgery nursing including full well preoperative education and laparoscopic postoperative nursing,encouraging early feeding and activities,observing and nursing of complications.The recovery time,incidence of complications,comfort and satisfaction were compared between both groups.Results The recovery time and incidence of complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）,and the satisfaction and comfort degree were significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions The fast track surgery nursing applied for laparoscopic perioperative patients with radical eystectomy and ileal conduit can accelerate recovery and reduce postoperative complications,increase patients＆#39; comfort and satisfaction,and improve quality of life.
