摘要
目的了解近些年本地育龄妇女死因疾病谱的变化趋势,制定防治措施,降低育龄妇女死亡率。方法对2009年-2014年的育龄妇女死亡作回顾性分析;统计学方法用χ2检验。结果育龄妇女平均死亡率为44.95/10万;前5位恶性肿瘤分别为肺癌、子宫癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌,构成比分别为17.03%、11.67%、11.04%、9.78%、9.46%,占恶性肿瘤死亡的58.99%;育龄妇女死亡年龄均值为(41.38±7.55)岁,35岁及以上占死亡病例的82.86%;损伤中毒外部因素中车祸55例、自杀37例,占损伤的71.32%。结论余姚市育龄妇女死亡率较前有明显下降;肿瘤、损伤、循环系统疾病自1996年以来是导致育龄妇女死亡的主要因素;肺癌、子宫癌、肝癌、胃癌、乳腺癌是导致育龄妇女死亡的前5位恶性肿瘤;损伤中毒外部因素死亡以车祸、自杀为主。
Objective To investigate the change trend of disease spectrum causing death in local women at child- bearing age in recent years,so as to formulate prevention measures and reduce mortality among women at productive age. Methods From2009 to 2014,the death causes of women at childbearing age death were retrospectively analyzed; statistical methods was assayed with χ^2test. Results The average mortality rate of women at childbearing age was 44. 95 /100 000; top five malignant tumors were respectively lung cancer,cervical cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,breast cancer,and the constituent ratio were 17. 03%,11. 67%,11. 04%,9. 78%,9. 46%,which accounted for 58. 99% of the death caused by malignant tumors;the mean death age of women at childbearing age was（ 41. 38 ＋ 7. 55） years old,those at 35 years old and above accounted for82. 86% of deaths; of the poisoning and other external factors,55 cases were car accidents,37 cases were suicide,accounting for 71. 32%. Conclusion The mortality of women at childbearing age declined significantly than before; tumors,injuries,circulatory diseases,since 1996,are the main factors that led to the deaths of women at childbearing age; lung cancer,cervical cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,breast cancer are the top five death tumors in women at childbearing age; car accidents,suicides are the main factors in the poisoning and external factors.
