摘要
以非金属矿物为主要原料,通过物理或化学手段所制备的功能性材料或制品在很多领域内已被广泛应用。在造纸行业中非金属矿物应用的种类最多,且最为广泛,其用量最大的主要有滑石、高岭土、硅灰石和碳酸钙等。这些非金属矿物的填加不但可以降低造纸成本,还可有效改善纸张的性能,甚至使纸张具有一些新的功能。尤其,近年来超细粉体加工和改性技术不断开拓发展,非金属矿物必将在造纸行业中拥有更广阔的应用前景。
Functional materials or products which main raw material are non-metallic minerals made by physical or chemical means has been widely used in many areas. In the paper industry, the used types of non-metallic minerals are the most and broadest,in which, the main use of the largest contains talc, kaolinite, silica and calcium carbonate, etc. The filling of these non-metallic minerals not only can reduce the cost of papermaking, but also can improve the performance of paper, and even make the paper have some new features. particularly, in recent years, ultra-fine powder processing and modification technology continues to develop, non-metallic minerals will have a wider application prospect in the paper industry.
