摘要
目的：探讨后腹腔镜单层面肾上腺切除法治疗肾上腺疾病的临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月~2015年1月期间郑州大学第一附属医院泌尿外科采用后腹腔镜单层面肾上腺切除术的298例患者临床资料。结果：298例手术全部成功实施后腹腔镜单层面肾上腺切除术;手术时间9~50min,平均27min,术中平均出血量30ml,术中及术后均未发生严重的并发症。除9例对侧肾上腺病变于术后1年高血压复发外,其余患者临床症状均消失或明显改善。结论：后腹腔镜单层面肾上腺切除术具有手术时间短、出血少、对肾脏周围解剖结构影响小等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the value of clinical application of retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy for adrenal diseases..Method：The clinical data of 298 cases with adrenal disease who underwent retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy at First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2012 to January 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.Result：All 298 cases were successfully operated with retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy.The surgical time was 9-50（mean,27）minutes.The mean volume of blood loss was 30 ml.No severe complication occurred.Recurrence of hypertension caused by contralateral adrenal disease was found in nine patients one year postoperatively.Others recovered well.Conclusion：Retroperitoneal laparoendoscopic single-site adrenalectomy is a safe and effective procedure with short operation time,less blood loss and minimal invasion.It is worth popularizing.
