摘要
本文以国产某车型为参数,首先建立液力变矩器数学模型,分析对比了在变矩比不同值时,装有液力变矩器与装有手动变速器驱动力的变化情况。由仿真数据可知,在高挡位时,装有液力变矩器的汽车驱动力下降较快。为了克服此因素,把变矩比数据改为1,即直接将泵轮和涡轮锁止,其他参数不变,再次仿真可知,随着车速的增加,驱动力变化平缓,较锁止前有很大的改善,效率也大大得到提升。
Mathematical model of hydraulic torque converter is established based on a certain type vehicle made in China. It is analyzed how the driving force changes with the different values of the torque converter ratio,equipped with the hydraulic torque converter and the manual transmission. Simulation results show that driving force of vehicles with hydraulic torque converter decreased rapidly at high gears. To overcome this interference,change the value of torque ratio to 1,and it means that pump impeller and turbine are locked while keeping other parameters constant,then simulation is carried out again. Results show that with the increase of speed,driving force changes gently,there is greater improvement than the previous,and efficiency is also improved greatly.
