摘要
目的:探讨颌骨前突整形手术围术期护理。方法:对44例颌骨前突矫治整形手术患者进行个性化的优质整体护理,对术前、术后的病情观察、健康教育、心理护理进行总结。结果:患者术后伤口愈合良好,无不良并发症发生,患者对护理服务满意度较高,护理效果明显。结论:对于上下颌骨矫治整形患者实施个性化的优质护理服务有利于患者顺利完成手术治疗。
Objective To investigate the maxillary protrusion surgery perioperative nursing. Methods The quality of holistic nursing care of 44 cases of patients with sudden correction surgery for personalized premaxillary,preoperative and postoperative observation,health education,psychological nursing summary. Results Postoperative wound healing,no adverse complications,high patient satisfaction,nursing effect. Conclusion The high quality nursing service on the implementation of personalized treatment is beneficial to the patients with mandibular orthopedic patients successfully completed surgery.
