摘要
目的探讨瘢痕子宫妊娠早期流产术中出血的临床处理方法与效果。方法 2013年2月至2015年8月选择在我院诊治的瘢痕子宫意外妊娠患者240例,均给予人工流产术。观察术中出血情况,对治疗方法与预后情况进行观察与记录。结果所有患者中发生早期流产术中出血12例,发生率为4.1%。单纯子宫收缩不良出血7例,剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)3例,胚胎停育2例,患者生命体征平稳,只有1例转上级医院后行子宫切除术,其他都在本院止血成功。结论瘢痕子宫妊娠早期流产术中出血发生概率比较高,要根据病情合理选择保守治疗与手术治疗,从而改善患者预后。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment method and effect of intraoperative hemorrhage in early abortion of scarred uterus pregnancy.Methods 240 cases of scarred uterus pregnancy patients were selected.All patients received an early abortion,and their blood loss,treatment and prognosis were observed and recorded.Results There were 12 cases of intraoperative hemorrhage,with a rate of 4.1%;there were 7 patients were imple bad bleeding uterine contraction,3 patients of cesarean scar pregnancy,2 patients were fetal stop education,patients with stable vital signs,only one case transferred to higher level hospitals underwent hysterectomy,others were in hospital hemostasis.Conclusion Early abortion of scarred uterus pregnancy has a relatively high probability of hemorrhage,so we should make reasonable choices of conservative treatment and surgical treatment according to the disease,Thereby improve the prognosis of patients.
