摘要
利用Mg扩散法制备出单相多晶的MgB2 超导体 ,其超导转变的零电阻温度为 3 8 4K左右 ,转变宽度小于 1K。正常态电阻率温度关系为金属型 ,在 2 70K -4 5 0K的高温范围内电阻率与温度成很好的线性关系。差热和热重分析表明在空气气氛中MgB2 在 90 0℃左右开始急剧氧化。
The single phase and polycrystalline MgB 2 superconductor was successfully synthesized by Mg diffusion method. Its resistive superconducting transition temperature T c≈38 4K, and the width of transition is less than 1K. The normal state temperature dependence of electtrical resistivity is mental like and it is linear in high temperature range from 270K to 450K. TG DTA analysis indicated that MgB 2 is burned quickly in air when the temperature is as high as 900℃.
