摘要
在政治文明建设过程中,公民教育具有不可替代的基础性作用,它既是政治文明建设的土壤和根基,也是公民社会建构的必要条件,更是全面依法治国的社会基础。当前中国所处的历史环境——大国崛起、人的现代化发展以及法治中国的建设,构成开展公民教育的现实境遇,此时加强和改进公民教育无疑是一个重要而紧迫的现实课题,探索公民教育在中国实践的现实性具有重要的现实意义和实践价值。
In the course of political civilization construction, civic education has played an irreplaceable role. It is the soil of political civilization construction, the necessary condition for civic social construction, even the social basis of comprehensively ruling our country by law. China＇s current historical environment-the rise of great nations, the modernization development of human being and legal construction of China——forms the actual condition for promoting civic education. It is a vital and urgent task to strengthen and improve civic education. It is also of great practical significance to explore civic education in China.
