摘要
安徽省亳州市谯城区盛产中药材,自古就有"药都"之称,为安徽省重要的中药材规范种植基地,芍药的全国主产区,在发展芍药产业方面有着良好的基础,如何加快谯城区芍药产业发展对全国乃至全世界芍药产业发展都有着极其重要的意义。作为"第三利润源泉"的物流将成为谯城区芍药产业的新增长极,其在谯城区经济社会发展中占有越来越重要的地位,基于项目管理理论,对当前谯城区芍药物流存在的问题进行分析,找出问题根源,进而为以后发展现代芍药物流业,改造和完善谯城区的现代芍药物流网络体系,奠定理论研究的基础。
Anhui province Bozhou city Qiaocheng district is rich in traditional Chinese medicine called ＂medicine＂ since ancient times. It is important regulate planting base of medicinal herbs in Anhui province and the main producing areas of peony throughout country. How to accelerate the Qiaocheng district peony industry development of the whole nation and even whole world peony industry development has very important significance. Logistics as ＂the third profit source＂ will become Qiaocheng district peony industry of new growth, which plays a more and more important role in Qiaocheng district economic and social development.Based on the theory of project management,analysis of the problems existing in current Qiaocheng district peony logistics finds the root of the problems, and for the future development of the modern peony logistics industry, reforming and perfecting Qiaocheng district modern peony logistics network system, laying the basis of theoretical research.
