摘要
介绍玻璃杯自动切割机组成与工作原理,根据玻璃杯自动切割机工艺要求进行电气控制线路设计,定义输入/输出口、绘制PLC端口接线图和编写功能流程图程序,以及触摸屏界面设计,并成功调试。实际运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠、操作方便、效率高、能够很好地完成玻璃杯的切割。
This paper introduced the components and working principle of glass cup automatic cutting machine. The electrical control circuit design, defined I/O port, port wiring diagram drawn PLC and write functional flow chart program, and a touch screen interface automatic glass cutting machine according to process requirements design, and successfully commissioned.the practical running results show that the system is stable,easy operation and high efficiency,which can pretty well finish the glass cup cutting task.
