摘要
目的:研究分析中药外敷联合红外线理疗护理治疗腹部手术切口脂肪液化的疗效。方法:将64例腹部手术切口脂肪液化的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例,其中对照组患者接受红外线理疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合中药外敷。结果:实施治疗后,治疗组愈合率为81.25%,显效率为50%;对照组愈合率为62.5%,显效率为37.5%(P<0.05);同时与对照组相比较,治疗组脂肪液化渗液消失时间和切口愈合时间缩短,住院时间缩短,愈合例数较多,需二次清创缝合例数较少(P<0.05),且在治疗过程中未出现严重不良反应和并发症。结论:运用中药外敷联合红外线理疗护理治疗腹部手术切口脂肪液化的临床疗效显著且确切。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of external application of Chinese medicine combined with infrared physiotherapy nursing in the treatment of abdominal operation incision fat liquefaction. Methods： The 64 patients with abdominal surgical incision fat liquefaction were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 32 cases in each. Patients were given infrared therapy in the control group, and traditional Chinese medicine as well as infrared therapy in the treatment group. Results： After treatment, the healing rate was 81.25% and the effective rate was 50% in treatment group; the healing rate was 62.5% and the effective rate was37.5% in control group; the difference was statistical（P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed shorter healing time,length of stay, more healing cases and less debridement and suture cases than the control group（P〈0.05）; and there were no serious adverse reactions and complications in the treatment. Conclusion： The use of external application of Chinese medicine combined with infrared physiotherapy nursing can provide obvious clinical curative effect in the treatment of abdominal surgery incision fat liquefaction.
