摘要
目的临床观察中药熏洗坐浴联合吻合器选择性痔上粘膜切除钉合术治疗直肠内脱垂的疗效,探寻直肠内脱垂治疗的有效方法。方法将90例湿热下注型直肠内脱垂患者随机分成对照组及治疗组各45例,两组均行吻合器选择性直肠粘膜切除钉合术,治疗组术后予自拟中药熏洗坐浴,对照组予高锰酸钾熏洗坐浴。结果治疗组治愈35例(77.78%),有效10例(22.22%),无效0例;对照组治愈23例(51.11%),有效19例(42.22%),无效3例(6.67%),P=0.006。结论中药熏洗坐浴联合吻合器选择性痔上粘膜切除钉合术治疗直肠内脱垂效果良好,能有效解除直肠内脱垂患者的临床症状,提高生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the hip bath of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with tissue selecting therapy stapler in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse,and to find the effective way. Method 90 cases of patients with internal rectal prolapse of dampness-heat in lower jiao were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and each group had 45 cases.The two groups were treated with tissue selecting therapy stapler. At the second day of operation,the treatment group was treated by hip bath of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing. The control group was given jip bath of Potassium permanganate. Results In the treatment group,35 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,and 0 cases were invalid. In the control group,23 cases were cured,19 cases were effective,3 were invalid,P = 0. 006. Conclusion The hip bath of Chinese herbal fumigation and washing combined with tissue selecting therapy stapler in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse has certain effect,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with internal rectal prolapse,improve the quality of life,and it is worthy of clinical application.
