摘要
高职院校的档案管理机构作为负责储存和管理各高校在各活动中留下的具有很大价值和意义的音像和文字材料的机构,对于学校的正常运行以及教学活动的正常开展具有重大意义。但在目前的档案管理机构中,存在诸多弊病,其中大多是早期的教育制度残留下来的,不能达到现代社会的要求。这种情况若得不到及时解决,会在很大程度上阻碍教育改革的深化和发展,影响我国人才培养。
The archives management institutions of higher vocational colleges are responsible for the storage and management of audio and text materials, which is of great value. There is a significant contribution to the school＇s normal operation and development of teaching activities. But in the present, there are many drawbacks, in the archives management organizations. Most of them are the remains of the early education system, which cannot meet the requirements of modern society. If this situation can not be solved, to deepen the education reform and development will be hindered to a great extent and finally, talent cultivation will be influenced.
