摘要
对不同Ni含量的Cu沉淀强化钢进行900℃淬火+550℃回火热处理,研究了Ni含量对Cu沉淀强化钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,并用透射电镜分析探讨了Ni含量对富Cu相颗粒尺寸和间距的影响。结果表明,随着Ni含量提高(0.99%~3.47%)试验钢的强度增加,韧脆转变温度降低。Ni含量低的试验钢中富Cu相颗粒尺寸粗大间距较宽,而Ni含量高的试验钢中富Cu相颗粒分布密集,且相对细小。
Cu precipitation strengthened steels with different Ni contents were quenched at 900 ℃ and tempered at 550 ℃,and effects of Ni content on mechanical properties and microstructure of the steel were studied,and then effect of Ni content on particle size and distance of Cu-rich phase was investigated by means of TEM analysis. The results show that with the increasing of Ni content( from 0. 99% to 3. 47%),the strength of the steels increases gradually,and the ductile-brittle transition temperature decreases. The particles of the rich copper are large with longer distance in the lower Ni content steel,while in the higher Ni content steel the rich copper particles are relatively small and densely distributed.
