摘要
新建地方本科院校档案工作要上一个新台阶,档案队伍建设是关键,档案队伍建设首先要提升档案队伍素质,而档案队伍素质又包括思想政治素质、职业道德素质、专业素质和综合素质三方面,其中政治素质是灵魂,职业道德素质是前提,专业素质是基础,综合素质是深度,档案工作人员平时必须严格要求自己,从这三方面提高自身素质,使档案工作适应社会的发展和时代的需要。
The construction of archives staff is the key when the archive work in newly-established local undergraduate colleges wants to reach a new level. At first, the construction of archives staff should enhance the qualities of archive staff which include ideological and political quality, professional morality quality, professional quality and comprehensive quality.In these aspects, political quality is the soul, professional morality quality is the premise, professional quality is the base, and comprehensive quality is the depth. Archives staff must be strict with themselves and improve these qualities so that the archives work can adapt to the development of society.
