摘要
力图从马克思虚拟资本的理论视角出发 ,探讨我国股市的资本虚拟化程度和我国股市泡沫适度性问题以及如何最大程度的发挥虚拟资本“双刃剑”效应中的优化资源配置、为企业积累资本的作用 ,抑制其隐藏着的导致股市泡沫和泡沫经济的可能性。
Author strives to analyse the degree of capital virtualization and moderation of stock market foam from the angle of the fictitious capital theory. On the basis, we will further research how to fully utilize the two-edge sword effect of the fictitious capital to optimize resource allocation, to accumulate capital for enterprise and to suppress the factor that can produce stock market foam and induce foam economic in the end.
