摘要
建立社区与职业院校的联动机制,既是现代高职院校社会服务功能的重要体现,也是经济结构调整和学习型社区建设的现实需要。职业教育服务社区的实质是整合和优化优质教育资源,实现优势互补、资源共享及多元融合。高职教育改革应注重建立社区与地方职业院校联动机制,坚持大职业教育观,形成良好的职业培训体系,开放教育资源,主动满足社区需求。
To establish the linkage mechanism between community and vocational colleges is not only an important embodiment of the social service function of modern higher vocational colleges,but also the practical needs of economic structure adjustment and learning community construction.The essence of vocational education service for community is to integrate and optimize educational resources,to realize the advantages of complementary,resource sharing and multiple integration.The reform of higher vocational education should pay attention to establish a linkage mechanism for communities and local occupation colleges,insist on the concept of large vocational education,form a good occupation training system,open education resources and active docking community needs.
