摘要
目的探讨肌肉组织染色的方法及临床应用。方法对肌肉组织染色Mallory磷钨酸苏木素染色法、偶氮桃红-鞣酸法和苏木素碱性复红苦味酸染色法方法操作方法进行分析。结果横纹肌纤维、纤维素、细胞核、核仁和神经胶质纤维等呈蓝色,胶原纤维、网状纤维、软骨基质呈棕红色,弹力纤维呈紫色。结论需要证明与区分组织为何种来源的肌纤维时,需要针对不同情况,选用相应的特殊染色进行显示和观察。
Objective To explore the method of muscle tissue staining and its clinical application. Methods On the muscle tissue staining mallory phosphotungstic acid hematoxylin staining method,azo pink-tannic acid method and hematoxylin pigment alkaline complex red bitter ignorant acid staining method method of operation were analyzed. Results Striated muscle fibers,cellulose,nuclei,nucleoli and glial fiber was blue and collagen fiber and reticular fiber,the cartilage matrix was brownish red,elastic fibers was purple. Conclusion The need to prove why and distinguish the sources of muscle fiber,the need for different conditions,using special staining corresponding display and observation.
