摘要
史学史是一门具有反思性质的学科 ,是历史学发展到一定阶段的产物。它一方面揭示史学的发展过程和规律 ,促进史学的发展 ;另一方面论述史学与其它学科、史学与社会的相互关系 ,促进社会历史的进步。
History of Chinese Historiography is a subject with theoretical nature ,which self-examinates Chinese historiography. It resulted from the high degree development of historiography and stood for more consciousness of the mankind's action. On the one hand, it explores the course and laws of the historiography, so as to advance historiography; on the other hand, it studies the relation between history and some other subjects or society, so as to advance society or history. Its scientific value and social value are in unity essentially.
