摘要
现有社会资本文献多聚焦于个人社交网络,对与工作岗位相连带的职场交往关注很少,更缺乏因果分析。本文利用2009年全国八城市调查数据,探讨基于工作岗位的"职场交往"对中国城市劳动者收入的影响及其特征。为解决内生性问题,本文利用一阶差分方法进行了实证检验。分析结果表明:单位内部交往和外部交往对劳动者收入均有正向作用;外部交往的影响高于内部交往;与个人社交相反,职场外部交往对收入的影响在非国有部门大于国有部门。本文的发现有助于加深对社会资本因果效应和类型差异的理解。
This study aims to explore the impact of social resources within the work place on individual incomes among the Chinese urban residents, using the data of JSNET2009. To adequately address the problem of endogeneity,we use the first-order difference method to help identifying models. The results indicate:( 1) Both the internal interaction and the external interaction have positive effect on incomes;( 2) The effect of external interaction is stronger than that of internal interaction;( 3) The effect of external interaction is stronger within the state-owned sector than the private sector. Our findings contribute to the understandings of the causal effect of social capital and heterogeneous resources.
