摘要
[目的]明确氰草津对禾本科杂草的防效及助剂的增效作用,为氰草津在小麦田进行禾本科杂草防治提供依据。[方法]采用温室盆栽试验研究氰草津对野燕麦、菵草、早熟禾、硬草4种禾本科杂草防效,并以硬草为测定对象研究9种助剂对氰草津防除硬草增效作用。[结果]氰草津900 g a.i./hm2对菵草、野燕麦、早熟禾防效较好,硬草防效较差,药后14 d药效级别分别为8、6、6、3级,药后21 d对鲜质量抑制率分别为89.80%、91.94%、78.61%、40.06%;不同助剂对氰草津作用的影响差异较大,添加伴宝、锐超麦助剂、有机硅、机油、甲酯油A对氰草津增效作用显著,甲酯油B、甲酯油B+PVP、甲酯油B+胡椒碱与氰草津有拮抗作用。[结论]氰草津对小麦田部分禾本科杂草具有较好防效,添加助剂伴宝、锐超麦助剂、有机硅、机油、甲酯油A能显著增强其防治效果,应联合应用。
[Aims] The objective of this study is to determine the control effect of cyanazine to several gramineous weed and it's adjuvants synergism, for giving the basis to cyanazine of weed control to gramineous in wheat. [Methods]Greenhouse pot experiments was carried out to study weed control effect of the cyanazine to Avena fatua(L.),Beckmannia syzigachne(Steud.)Fernald, Poa annua(L.) and Sclerochloa kengiana, meanwhile 9 kinds of additives were studied as well. [Results] The results showed that the 900 g a.i./ha of cyanazine was effective to control A. fatua, B.syzigachne and P. annua(L.), but invalid to S. kengiana, with the weed phytotoxicity level of 8, 8, 6, 3 grade at 14 days after treatment and the inhibition effect of 89.80, 91.94, 78.61, 40.06% at 21 days after treatment, respectively. The Biopower, Quelex's adjuvants, organic silicon, lubrication oil and the methyl oleate A could improve the herbicidal effect of cyanazine, but the methyl oleate B, the methyl oleate B+PVP, the methyl oleate B+piperine showed the antagonistic effect to cyanazine. [Conclusions] The cyanazine was effective to part of gramineous weed in wheat, and the Biopower, Quelex's adjuvants, organic silicon, lubrication oil and the methyl oleate A were adjuvants synergism.
