摘要
[目的]明确长春花粗提物的室内杀虫活性。[方法]在温室条件下,采用喷雾处理的方法进行长春花粗提物对黏虫、小菜蛾、桃蚜和朱砂叶螨的杀虫活性测定。[结果]长春花不同部位粗提物的提取率有较大的差别,叶片的提取率最高,其次为茎部,在根部和花的提取率最低;杀虫活性测定结果表明,长春花根部粗提物对小菜蛾、黏虫、桃蚜和朱砂叶螨基本无活性或活性很低;茎部粗提物在高质量浓度下对黏虫、桃蚜和朱砂叶螨有一定的活性;叶片和花中的粗提物对4种靶标均有活性,在4000 mg/L高质量质量浓度下,小菜蛾和朱砂叶螨的死亡率可达60%左右;朱砂叶螨的死亡率为85.1%。[结论]长春花粗提物具有一定的杀虫活性。
[Aims] Confirm the insecticidal activity of the crude extraction from periwinkle(Catharanthus roseus L.).[Methods] Insect targets were treated with extraction of periwinkle by spraying in greenhouse. [Results] The results showed that crude extraction efficiency of periwinkle plant was the highest in leaves, but the lowest in the roots and flowers, extraction of roots is inactive against all test insect targets, extraction of steam can control Mythimna seperata,Myzus persicae and Tetranychus cinnabarinus on some level, extraction of leaves had some effects on all test insect targets and the control effects were about 60% on M. seperata, Plutella xylostell and T. cinnabarinus and 85.1% on T.cinnabarinus with 4000 mg/L. [Conclusions] Extraction of periwinkle can be used as an insecticide potentially on agricultural pests controlling in the future.
