摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法同时测定20%二氰蒽醌·吡唑醚菌酯悬浮剂中有效成分的分析方法。[方法]采用ZORBAX SB C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以乙腈-水为流动相,同时测定试样中二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯的含量。[结果]二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯标准偏差分别为0.18和0.12,变异系数分别为1.14%和2.26%,平均回收率分别为99.77%和99.64%。[结论]该方法操作简便,分离效果好,精密度与准确度高,可同时快速测定二氰蒽醌和吡唑醚菌酯含量。
[Aims] The HPLC method for determination of active ingredient content in dithianonopyraclostrobin 20% SC was established. [Methods] The simultaneous determination of dithianon and pyraclostrobin in the samples was conducted with ZORBAX SB C18 column and UV detector, while the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water was used as the mobile phase. [Results] The results showed that the standard deviations, variation coefficients and average recoveries for dithianon and pyraclostrobin were 0.18, 1.14%, 99.77% and 0.12, 2.26%, 99.64%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, convenient, good separating effect, high precision and accuracy, which can be used in simultaneous determination of dithianon and pyraclostrobin.
