链霉菌SN194次生代谢产物的分离纯化及其对辣椒疫霉的抑制作用 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]对链霉菌Streptomyces sp.SN194的次生代谢产物进行分离和纯化,发现对辣椒疫霉具有抑制作用的化合物。[方法]通过硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析和HPLC制备,得到纯化合物。利用ESI-MS、1H NMR和13C NMR等图谱分析的方法鉴定化合物的结构;采用菌丝生长速率法测定化合物对辣椒疫霉的抑制作用。[结果]得到对辣椒疫霉有抑制作用的4种二萜类化合物Viguiepinol、Oxaloterpin C、Oxaloterpin D和Oxaloterpin E,其中Oxaloterpin D活性最强(EC50值为21.44 mg/L)。[结论]4种二萜类化合物对辣椒疫霉有抑制作用,值得进一步的研究。 [Aims] The compounds with activity against Phytophthora capsici from the secondary metabolites of SN194 were searched. [Methods] Compounds were purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 chromatography and semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography methods and the chemical structures were elucidated by spectroscopic technologies including nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and MS. The inhibiting effects of compounds against Phytophthora capsici were tested by mycelium growth rate method. [Results] Four compounds were isolated from solid extract of SN194 and they were identified as Viguiepinol, Oxaloterpin C, Oxaloterpin D and Oxaloterpin E, respectively. The antifungal activity of Oxaloterpin D was the most strong, and the EC50 was 21.44 mg/L.They are diterpenoids which have a moderate activity against Phytophthora capsici. [Conclusions] Diterpenoids produced from the secondary metabolites of SN194 possess activity against Phytophthora capsici.
