Application of Dispersive Liquid-liquid Microextraction in Pesticide Residue Analysis

摘要 分散液相微萃取技术是一种新型的样品前处理技术,具有操作简单快捷、富集倍数高的特点。介绍了该技术的基本原理与发展过程,着重关注了近几年在农药残留分析领域出现的各种改进的分散液相微萃取方法和应用。并对其下一阶段的发展趋势进行了展望,希望为该技术在农药残留分析领域的更好应用提供参考。 Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction(DLLME) is a new type of sample pretreatment technique featured in easy operating as well as high enrichment factor. The principles and developing process of DLLME were introduced,and then several innovative methods and applications of DLLME in pesticide residue analysis in recent years were dicussed. Last but not the least, the potential promotion concerning the technique was expected to provide reference for further study on pesticide residue analysis.
