摘要
基于空间用行波管电源高压变压器的绕组结构及灌封缺陷,分析了行波管电源高压变压器的局部放电机理,提出了用脉冲电流法检测高压变压器的局部放电。介绍了局部放电检测中的脉冲电流法机理,检测系统的构成以及变压器局部放电的检测方法及抗干扰措施。通过局部放电检测,成功地剔除了有灌封缺陷的高压变压器,保证了空间行波管放大器的长寿命运行,避免了行波管高压电源在低气压下放电的发生。最后介绍了一款国外专用于高压电子元器件局部放电的检测系统。
Based on the composition and the poting defection of High-voltage transformer used in space traveling wave tube amplifier(STWTA), partial discharge(PD) mechanism of High-voltage transformer was analyzed. The partial discharge detection with pulse current method was carried out. The principle of pulse current method of The partial discharge(PD and the constitution of the partial discharge test apparatus was introduced. The test method and the measure of anti-interference of the partial discharge detection in transformer were introduced. This PD test in High-voltage transformer rejected the transformer with potting defection, and the low air discharge of EPC was avoided, making sure that the reliability and long life of the STWTA.
