摘要 针对在光伏电池运行过程中出现的检测监控问题,设计了一种以CC2530为核心基于Zig Bee无线传感网络的检测监控系统。该系统通过设计的硬件电路以及传感器,对光伏电池的各种运行数据进行实时采集,并通过无线网络传输到计算机终端,由计算机软件对采集到的数据进行分析处理。与传统系统相比,运用了信号处理相关理论判断发生热斑现象或类似的品质变差(如内阻变大)的,在成组串联使用的电池组中的电池板,提高了品质变差的电池板实时在线检测准确性和可靠性,提高了电池组的整体综合效率,降低了成本,为光伏电池检测监控提供了一种比较可靠的解决方案。 In order to resolve the in-situ monitoring the individual solar panel performance in the serially connected system, a new online monitoring system based upon Zig Bee wireless network with CC2530 SOC was designed.Through the hardware circuit and sensors, various running data of photovoltaic cells were acquired, then the data transfer to the computer terminal through the wireless network, and processed by computer software. The new system utilized relevant principles of signal processing theory to identify the degraded solar panels, e.g. internal resistant increase due to hot spots on the specific solar panel during operating. In comparison to the current available solutions, not only the accuracy and reliability but also less expensive were improved. Thus, a new solution was provided to this critical problem in solar industry.
