摘要 针对开展空冷燃料电池多环境变量优化研究的需要,基于西门子S7-1200系列PLC和监控软件设计平台LabVIEW,构建了空冷自增湿质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)测试系统。该系统以PLC为底层控制单元,LabVIEW监控程序为主监控单元,通过ModbusTCP/IP和Modbus串口协议实现设备间数据通信与控制交互,底层控制单元将传感器采集的各项燃料电池运行特征参数上传、分析并记录。在此基础上,充分考虑空冷型PEMFC对时序和控制操作的敏感性要求,实现对燃料电池启停时序控制、阳极排气控制和温度控制等。此外,系统能够根据实际运行状态在线调整运行参数并且图形化的人机交互界面可实时显示并记录系统运行状态,包括故障和报警信息等。经实验验证,该测试系统运行可靠,监控性能良好,实用性强,能够用于空冷自增湿型PEMFC的实验研究。 For the research requirement of air-cooled and self-humidifying proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC) in different environments, a fuel cell test system based on Siemens S7-1200 series PLC and monitoring software platform LabVIEW was designed and reported. The PLC and LabVIEW were used as underlying control unit and main monitoring unit, respectively. The data communication between control equipments was realized by Modbus TCP/IP and Modbus Serial protocol. The operating parameters of the fuel cell collected by the sensors were uploaded, analyzed and recorded through the underlying control unit. On this basis, by fully considering the sensitivity requirements of timing and control for air-cooled PEMFC, timing control of start and shutdown, the anode exhaust gas control and temperature control were achieved. In addition, the system could adjust online operating parameters according to the actual operating status and graphical interactive interface could display and record the system status(including fault and alarm information etc.) in real time. The experiment demonstrates that the system had reliable operation, excellent control effect and high practicability and could be applied to the experimental research of air-cooled self-humidifying PEMFC.
