摘要
随着我国人口老龄化的持续加剧,社会化养老模式势在必行。本文按照京津冀一体化的总体要求,通过整合企业之间的资源,构建了秦皇岛养老地产跨行业战略联盟开发模式,以更好地实现优势互补,推动秦皇岛养老地产的健康发展,实现京津冀协同发展目标。
With the increasing of population aging in China, it is imperative to social pension mode.According to the overall requirements of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, the paper constructs a model of cross industry strategic alliance development in Qinhuangdao pension estate to better achieve complementary advantages, and promote the healthy development of Qinhuangdao＇s real estate development, to achieve the goal ofBeijing, Tianjin and collaborative development.
