摘要
我国对建筑工程项目的施工管理至今已经二十多年,在项目工程的管理方面已经初步形成了一定的规模,但是还有不少的问题存在,特别是这几年,我国的市场经济体制逐步完善,这就要求在实践中不断地进行创新,从探索中国特色的角度建立现代化的建筑工程管理模式,重视建筑工程施工管理,能够更好地适应我国生产力的发展,跟上市场经济发展的步伐,促进企业文化和品牌的建设。
