摘要 由于新建地产项目绝多数位于城市繁华地段,周边建筑物多、车流和人流量大,且地质属于软弱地层,为了确保周边一切事物的安全,在基坑围护结构设计上采用地下连续,在施工上采用软弱地层地下连续墙"抓-冲"结合施工技术,成槽速度快,且成槽过程采用膨润土造浆,保证了槽壁的稳定性,确保了施工过程中不出现坍塌等安全事故,以保证了周边建筑物与人身安全,也加快了基坑围护结构地下连续墙的施工进度。 As the majority of new real estate project is located in the city downtown area, the surrounding buildings, traffic flow and traffic was big more, and geological belongs to weak stratum, in order to ensure the safety of the surrounding things, in the foundation pit retaining structure design in underground continuous, on the construction of the underground continuous wall soft"stop -rush" combined with the construction technology, fast into the slot, and into the slot process using bentonite mud making and ensure the stability of trench wall, ensure that don' t appear in the process of the construction safety accidents such as collapse, to ensure that the surrounding buildings and personal safety, also sped up the pit supporting structure of the underground continuous wall construction schedule.
