摘要
在杭州地区饱和流塑状软土盾构掘进施工中,由于受盾构机及拖出盾尾管片的竖向浮力、超挖等因素影响易出现盾构机上浮现象。在分析引起盾构机上浮的原因后,围绕导致盾构机上浮的几个要素,通过优化推力分配和管片超前量等掘进参数,并采取二次双液补充注浆、设置纵向管片拉杆、附加盾构机配重等辅助措施,有效地控制了盾构机的上浮,很好地控制了成型隧道轴线。
