低位直肠癌保肛手术的外科治疗现状 被引量：6

摘要 直肠癌是指直肠一乙状结肠交界处至齿状线之间的癌，是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一。直肠癌总发病率逐年增加，且在直肠癌患者中，我国低位直肠癌患者占全部直肠癌患者的70％左右。目前普遍认同的低位直肠癌定义是腹膜返折以下、距肛缘〈7cm的直肠癌，除去肛管长度，低位直肠严格意义上讲只有3-4cm。
