With the coming of the Knowledge Economy Age and the globlization of economy,colleges and universities should deepen their reform in management systems,operating mechanism,subjects building,curriculums building,ideological and cultural building,etc.So we can set up the management systems that meet the demands of the market economy and the qualified personnel training systems that meets the demands of the quality-oriented education.
