摘要
构建"一带一路"环里海国家能源共同体,有利于区域能源合作的提升,是区域经济合作最佳切入点,对各国地缘政治具有重要意义。里海位于亚欧大陆腹部、亚洲与欧洲之间,海域狭长。里海沿岸国家包括哈萨克斯坦、土库曼斯坦、伊朗、阿塞拜疆和俄罗斯,油气资源丰富,里海区域能源综合体优势明显。环里海国家能源发展战略、出口油气选择、地区法律和地区政治问题,深度影响能源供应链是否畅通。因此,研究"一带一路"与环里海国家能源问题对我国深入推进"一带一路"战略,提升国家能源安全,促进区域经济发展,有一定的参考价值。
＂the Belt and the Road＂ ring the Caspian Sea countries energy community building, is conducive to the promotion of regional energy cooperation, regional economic cooperation is the best starting point, the geopolitical has important significance. The Caspian Sea is located between the Eurasian continent, Asia and Europe. The entire area is long and narrow, the Caspian Sea littoral countries including Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Azerbaijan and Russia, is rich in oil and gas resources, the Caspian Sea region energy complex advantage significantly. Ring the Caspian Sea countries energy development strategy,oil and gas export choice, regional laws and regional political issues and depth of the impact of the energy supply chain is smooth. Therefore, the research of ＂the Belt and the Road＂ and the ring energy problems of the Caspian Sea countries to China to further promote the ＂the Belt and the Road＂ strategy, to improve the national energy security, promoting regional economic development, there is a certain reference value.
