内热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的红外热成像观察 被引量:40

摘要 目的通过红外热成像技术,观察内热针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的腰部温度变化,确定内热针治疗是否改善腰部软组织供血状态。方法以40例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的患者为治疗组,采取内热针治疗,29例正常无腰痛症状者为健康对照组,对治疗组内热针治疗前后及健康对照组进行红外热成像检查。运用配对t检验和独立样本t检验进行统计分析。结果内热针治疗组治疗前、后腰部温度的差异有统计学意义(t=2.969,P=0.005);治疗前,内热针治疗组与健康对照组腰部温度的差异有统计学意义(t=4.334,P<0.001);治疗后,内热针治疗组与健康对照组腰部温度的差异无统计学意义(t=1.478,P=0.145)。结论内热针治疗可以改善腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰部温度分布状态,恢复软组织正常供血。 Objective To observe temperature changes in the lumbar region with infrared thermography during inner heating dry needle therapy as a treatment of lumbar disc herniation. To determine whether acupuncture could improve blood supply status of soft tissue in low back. Methods Forty cases of patients were treated with inner heating dry needle and selected as treatment group,while 29 healthy individuals were selected as control group,infrared thermography was applied to treatment group both before and after inner heating dry needle therapy; it was also applied to control group. Paired t-test and independent sample t-test were used for statistical analysis. Results Temperature in the lower back region of patients in treatment group were statistically different before and after treatmen(t = 2.969,P = 0.005); lower back temperature of the treatment group before therapy were significantly different compared with those in control group(t = 4.334,P 〈 0.001),while no remarkable difference was found between the treatment group before therapy and control group(t = 1.478,P = 0.145). Conclusion Inner heating dry needle therapy can improve the distribution of temperature in patients' lower back region and blood supply in patients' lower back soft tissue.
