摘要
目的分析总结我院头孢菌素类抗生素合理使用情况,为临床头孢菌素类抗生素的合理应用提供合理建议。方法对我院2014年2月至2015年2月出具的700份头孢菌素类抗生素处方进行回顾性分析,总结头孢菌素类抗生素使用情况。结果头孢菌素类抗生素的应用主要以口服剂型为主,占73.00%,其中主要以第一代、第二代头孢菌素类抗生素为主,分别占23.00%、28.00%,针剂处方仅占27.00%,其中以第二代头孢菌素类抗生素使用最多,占18.14%。另外,此次研究应用最多的头孢菌素类抗生素是头孢西丁,其次是头孢呋辛、头孢克洛,相比第三代头孢菌素类抗生素(头孢他啶、舒巴坦钠、头孢他美酯)的使用情况应用较多。结论我院对于头孢菌素类抗生素药物的剂型选用基本合理,但是仍然存在此类药物用药起点较高现象,所以应该加强头孢菌素类抗生素药物使用管理。
Objective To provide reasonable suggestions for the rational use of antibiotics in clinic, Analysis of the rational use of cephalosporin in our hospital was made. Methods 700 cephalosporin prescriptions written by our hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, the use of antimicrobial drugs was summarized. Results The use of antibiotics was mainly in the forms of oral dosage, accounted for 73%, the first generation oral dosage forms, and the second generation oral dosage froms were the main part,accounted for 23%, 28% respectively; the injection prescription only accounted for 27%, and the most widely-used antibiotics was the second generation, accounted for 18.4%. Besieds that, the most widely-used antibiotics in this study was cefoxitin, the second were cefuroxime and cefaclor, which were more often used than the third generation （ceftazidime, sulbactam sodium, cefuroxime axetil ）. Conclusion The dosage form selection of cephalosporins antibiotics in our hospital is basically reasonable; but the phenomenon of higher starting point of the use of this kind of medicine still exists; therefore, the use of antibiotics should be given more attention and should be in a more strict standard.
