重载铁路桥上反向曲线地段列车运行引起的动力响应分析及参数设置研究 被引量:11

摘要 结合30t轴重重载铁路特点,建立大轴重货车-曲线桥动力分析模型,研究大轴重列车通过桥上反向曲线时运行安全性及动力性能,分析重载铁路桥上曲线设置原则。结果表明:行车速度目标值120km/h时,列车行经夹直线区段时缓直点引起的车体振动响应在2个振动周期(约72m)内基本衰减完成,桥上反向曲线间夹直线长度可按0.6v的长度设计;桥上反向曲线半径大于800m时,各项动力学指标均能满足车桥动力性能控制标准;曲线半径大于1 000m时,各项动力学指标变化趋缓。设计中建议桥上采用1 000m以上曲线半径,困难条件下桥上最小曲线半径可采用800m。 A dynamic model coupling wagons with heavy axle load and curved bridge was established considering the characteristics of heavy haul railway with 30 t axle load. The running safety and dynamic performance of wagons with heavy axle load passing a reverse-curve bridge were then studied. The principles of curve parame- ter setting on heavy haul railway bridge were analyzed finally. The results showed that, with a target speed of 120 km/h, the car body vibration response caused by the spiral to tangent point attenuate d completely within two vibration cycles (about 72 m) when the train passed the intermediate straight line, indicating that the length of the intermediate straight line between reverse curves on the bridge can be designed as 0.6v. When the radius of reverse curve on bridges was greater than 800 m, all dynamic indexes satisfied the vehicle-bridge dy- namic performance control standard. Furthermore, the variation of dynamic indexes slowed down when the curve radius was greater than 1 000 m. As a result, during the design, the curve radius on the bridge is sugges- ted to be greater than 1 000 m in general conditions and and the minumum curve radius can be 800 m under dif- ficult conditions.
