摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年3月—2014年3月腾冲县中医医院老年科收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者154例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各77例。对照组给予单纯西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予针刺配合健脾清热化瘀汤加减治疗。结果:观察组有效率为96.10%,对照组有效率为85.71%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为1.30%,对照组并发症发生率位7.80%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： Totally 154 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis hospitalized to the department of geriatrics between March 2013 and March2014 were divided according to the random number table into observation group and control group,with 77 cases in each group.Control group were simply given western medicine treatment while observation group were additionally given acupuncture therapy combined with modified Spleen-Strengthening,Heat-Clearing and Stasis-Resolving Decoction. Results： The effective rate was 96.10% in observation group,better than the 85. 71% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. The occurrence rate of complications was 1.30% in observation group,better than the 7. 80% in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrated Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on chronic atrophic gastritis.
