摘要
《伤寒论》少阳病出现的各种症状,其原因是人体遭到病原微生物侵袭,从病理生理学角度分析,发热是各种症状出现的共同病理机制和中间环节,所以用小柴胡汤治疗少阳病时,"但见一证便是"是以发热作为前提条件的。而小柴胡汤中柴胡单一药物即对少阳病的各种症状具有较全面的治疗作用,其中退热是很重要的一方面。
For the various symptoms of Shaoyang disease in Treatise on Cold Damage,the cause is that the body is attacked by pathogenic microorganism. From the perspective of pathological physiology,fever is the common pathomechanism and intermediate link of various symptoms. Therefore during the treatment of Shaoyang disease with Minor Bupleurum Decoction, ＂ any one of the Minor Bupleurum Decoction syndromes could determine the use of it ＂ regards fever as the precondition. And the single herb Chaihu（ Radix Bupleuri） in Minor Bupleurum Decoction has relatively comprehensive therapeutic effects on the various symptoms of Shaoyang disease,among which the effect of fever abatement is an important aspect.
