产D-乳酸假肠膜明串珠菌生长特性分析 被引量:8

摘要 研究假肠膜明串珠菌(Pseudomesenteroides leuconostoc)在不同条件下的生长特性,结果表明,假肠膜明串珠菌最适生长温度为35℃,最适p H为6.5;代谢生成D-乳酸的适宜发酵条件为4%初始葡萄糖,6%的接种量,35℃有助于发酵产酸,35℃条件下耗糖速度最快。 The growth characteristic of Pseudomesenteroides leuconostoc strain was analysed under the different culture conditions. The results indicated that the optimum temperatue and p H were 35 ℃ and 6.5, respectively. The optimal fermentation conditions of D-lactic acid which produced by Pseudomesenteroides leuconostoc were 4% initial concentration of glucose,6%inoculation volume,35 ℃ cultural temperature.
