摘要
采用9项指标测量501例成人正常侧脑室,其中3项指标用作者的改良法测量,并列出各指标的95％参考值范围。用以上各指标对病变组检测发现:梗阻性脑积水引起的脑室扩大以哈氏值敏感性最高;Evans率、尾核头中部的脑—脑室指数及两侧室中部宽度的敏感性次之;脉络球水平的脑—脑室指数不敏感。
Five--hundred--and--one normal lateral ventricles in adults were measured with 9 standards, and 3 of which were measured according to the modified msthod of the author, and 95% range of normal value of various standards were listed out.Using above standards check the pathological group, it was discovered that: Huckman's number was the most sensitive to show the enlargement of lateral ventricle caused by obstructive hydrocephalus, Evans index, cerebroventricular index of bicaudate diameter and the width of both cella media were next sensitive, and cerebroventricular index of bichoroid plexuses was non-sensitive.
