摘要
从新制度经济学和系统论视角研究法治对经济发展的作用机制,法治对中国经济发展具有重要促进作用。随着改革深化和经济进一步发展,法治对经济增长的贡献会不断增大。
The study of mechanism of the rule of law on economic development from the perspective of new insti- tutional economics and law system plays an important role in promoting the Chinese economic development. With the deepening of reform and further economic development, the rule of law will continue to increase the contribu- tion to economic growth.
