摘要
[背景]观察中耳胆脂瘤手术中鼓索神经损伤对味觉变化的影响.[病例报告]给慢性化脓性中耳炎患者54例和耳硬化症患者2例施行手术治疗,其中8例手术中损伤鼓索神经(中耳胆脂瘤7例,耳硬化症1例).通过化学味觉测定观察手术中损伤鼓索神经的8例患者的味觉变化,结果见其中7例中耳胆脂瘤患者手术中鼓索神经损伤后并未见明显的味觉障碍,而1例耳硬化症患者术后出现味觉障碍,6个月后基本恢复正常.[讨论]中耳胆脂瘤患者手术中损伤鼓索神经未见影响术后味觉,认为可能原因是长期中耳炎反复发作使鼓索神经损伤与功能代偿处于完成状态.
BACKGROUNDTo observe the effect of chorda tympani nerve injury after middle ear surgery of cholesteatoma for taste changes.CASE REPORTS54 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media and 2cases of otosclerosis were treated by surgery,in which 8cases(7cases of middle ear cholesteatoma,1case of otosclerosis)of chorda tympani nerve injury were occurred in surgery,and the taste change was detected by chemical tast.After operation,7cases of middle ear cholesteatoma with the chorda tympani nerve injury had no significant taste disorder,and 1case of otosclerosis with the chorda tympani nerve injury had the taste disorder,and it was almost recovered to normal taste 6months later.DISCUSSION The middle ear cholesteatoma with chorda tympani nerve injury in surgery does not affect postoperative taste,and it is thought that the possible reason is long-term recurrent of otitis media to be in the completion status of chorda tympani nerve injury and function compensation.
