摘要
[背景]探讨UF-1000i全自动流式尿液分析仪在筛查早期妊娠妇女无症状尿路感染(AUTI)中的临床意义.[病例报告]应用UF-1000i全自动流式尿液分析仪检测789例早期妊娠妇女中段尿液中的细菌数,以定量细菌培养作为诊断尿路感染的金标准,评价UF-1000i全自动流式尿液分析仪在诊断尿路感染中的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值.结果见,UF-1000i全自动流式尿液分析仪细菌计数≥1 520个/μL时,待检标本的敏感度、特异性和预测值最佳,分别为82.4%,89.6%,75.2%.[讨论]UF-1000i全自动流式尿液分析仪可作为早期妊娠妇女AUTI的快速筛查工具.
BACKGROUNDTo study the clinical significance of UF-1000 iautomated urine flow analyzer on screening asymptomatic urinary tract infection（AUTI）of women with early pregnancy.CASE REPORTS Bacteria count of midstream urine in 789 women with early pregnancy was detected by UF-1000 i automated urine flow analyzer,and it was evaluated as the quantitative bacterial culture as gold standard for diagnosis of urinary tract infection that the sensitivity,specificity,positive and negative predictive values of UF-1000 iautomated urine flow analyzer.As the bacteria count by UF-1000 iurine analyzer was≥1520/μL,the best sensitivity,specificity and predictive values of sample to be tested were 82.4%,89.6% and75.2%,respectively.DISCUSSION UF-1000 iautomated urine flow analyzer can be used as the rapid screening tool for AUTI in women with early pregnancy.
